Has any one attempted to air layer a Brazilian raintree? If so what were the results? Is it worth it or would growing as a cutting work better.

They layer very well. I have one which originates from a layer, but I did not layer it myself.

Thanks for the info, I got it pre-bonsai on the cheap but the trunk is just so straight I feel like taking it in half and working with two shorter trees in the long run is the way to go.
