Garden Collosium Starter set. was created by Cobra

Hello guys,
I have one of those "starter bonsai" sets underway.
The seeds are sown in little bio-degradable pots of peat and placed in plastic bags for stratification.
All the species in the set need cold stratification.
Some are almost close to completing their stratification period and I wondered what would work best to have a higher chance of germination.
Do they go straight outside in the bags or open the bags or remove them completely from the bags?
Also where should they be positioned? full sun, semi shade?
Any advise appreciated.
My location is in mid spring at the moment. Temps are between 6C and 16C.
( p.s. I know I'm starting from the very beginning and they will take decades, but guessed it would be nice to see something from the very start)

I keep germination trays in the shade as it reduces drying out and provides a more stable climate

Should I leave bags closed or open to let them breath?

Update:
I took the first two pots out of stratification last week.
Chinese Wisteria and Italian Cypress.
I'm pleasantly surprised this morning to find two of the cypress seeds have germinated and both Wisteria seeds have too.
I wasn't expecting a whole lot from this as it being a cheap buy from ebay.
But off to a good start I guess.
Dwarf Mountain Pine and Judas (Cercis Siliquastrum) to be taken out this weekend.
Will include pics when first true leaves show.
