hello, im trying to grow a baobab was created by historfan

Hello, i am growing a baobab in my backyard but am having trouble distinguishing the baobab from other fern-like plants that are growing nearby, do new baobabs have unfilled fern like leaves?

Did you propper soften up the seeds in a few days in water, and did you carve a bit off the hard shell, so it is easer for the seed to sprout?

I did soak and soften the shells, I saw it germinate but never saw a sprout, ill try raising it in its own pot next time. Thank you for your reply.

hello, i see this stem growing near to where i has planted the seeds, could this be a young baobab (Adansonia grandidier)?
