Hello i need a help and advise for my duranta repens please.i wanted to how to train the apex of this tree taking into consideration the carved deadwood on top of the main trunk. The tree will look more natural if the apex is grown behind of the deadwood and is it ok if the apex height surpass the height of the deadwood or it should be below the height of the deadwood.

Styling is a question of personal preferences. I think picture one looks really gorgeous. Would stop right at that hight and make sure that no further growth hide the deadwood.

I wouldn't go for a glazed one at all, for me it doesn't matches with deadwood...
