I have some larix seed cones. How could i get the seeds out of them? (Very short, I know).

Where did you get the cones? From the forest floor?

Normally, the cones release their seds while still high up in the tree.

That does NOT mean yours do not have seeds, but thee will be very few. Best way is to peel them apart.

Any pcs?

Yes i did get them from the forest floor, but i picked what did and what did not have seeds in them. Most of the cones are almost fully closed.
