Anyway, I don‘t know what kind of tree it is, as I got it as a present a year ago and it didnt matter to me what it is, as it has my unconditional love.

What I want? I want him to blossom, not only at the top, but from these ?dead“ branches as well.

You have a carmona, thé most difficult tree to keep inside. In the 6 years I am here I only have seen one person keeping it alive and thriving. This forum is literally filled with people asking for help for their dying/ dead carmona.
Our living rooms are just not suited to keep these plants alive, waaaaay to dry.
Concerning your question about the branches: a dead branch is, well, a dead branch, there is no way to revive something dead

And I think I will cut the dead branches then, since they only waste nutritions, right?

Groweth will happen if the plant is happy, growing strong and the area is exposed to light. A bit of a mid-summer trim can help to trigger new buds on bare parts. But only of topfit.

Dead branches do not do anything. Remove them, leave them. Does not matter. Dead branches naturally do not waste nutrients.

Hmm, it does not look like a fully healthy tree to me. Very few leafs and too light green for a carmona. Judging from 100s of carmona threads here at BE It might be suffering and eventually dieing.

The negativity on this forum is infectuous.
