Hey guys,
I am trying to grow some Moreton Bay Ficus plants via cuttings. I planted them in soil and put them in small plastic cups with plastic bags around them to keep the humidity high. They have been keep at between 71-76 deg F for the last 4 days. This morning i noticed a small sprout growing out of the dirt and i am not sure if it is growth from the fig or some sort of fungus. I am leaning towards fungus since i dont know how the ficus would send up such a sprout in such a short time period. Thoughts?
Thanks,
Evan

Its hard too see, but perhaps there was a seed in the soil that has germinated?

It happens all the time. I have no idea what this is. I'll let it grow a bit and see if I want to keep it. It sprouted in the pot with my geranium cuttings.
