Like as not, many of the experienced folks on this forum have encountered these ideas previously, but for 'rookies' like me, I thought this was an interesting article on the subject.....

I thought it was interesting when they talked about the 'screened' boxes causing root growth to be something of a self limiting thing. Seems rather ingenious.
