Contrary to Bob I wouldn't mind calling this a bonsai (style is not so hard Bob, that's "informal broom") - but it is not a great one due to lack of taper and nebari.
Ramification is nice indeed. Value... hard to say. Kaizen 名媛直播 sells something similar for 39 UKL, but they have more interesting material for slightly more:
Hard to say what the value of your tree is. I'd say something between 25 - 40 euro. I would not be interested for less than 20 though.
