I have a deodar cedar, which I am training as bonsai, and an Italian cypress, which hasn’t been trained at all yet. Whenever I look at their foliage, I notice small white things growing out of them. They don’t seem to be hurting the plants and both trees are healthy. I have pictures, but they might be hard to see. I tried my best. If you can identify what they are please tell me.

Looks like eggs of lacewings.
(These are beneficial insects as the larvea consume e.g. aphids)
