My husband and I will be most likely.moving north to Albany, NY from down here in Frankfort, KY. this will be a permanent move.
I would like to know how to get them ready to travel for the move. I have 16 plants right now. We will be renting a U-Haul truck to drive up with our car on the back and things in the truck.
I just need to know how to get them travel ready-what would they travel in?
I just ha e ne er moved with plants before.

Just make sure they are well watered before you go and put them in a way that nothing can fall on them during transport.
The desert rose is an exception. That one needs to be bone dry in transport.

You can dry it out without bare rooting it.

A resource in that area is Bill Valvanis at the International 名媛直播 Arboretum in Rochester. He can give you some good advice on climate, which is different there from Kentucky.
There is a large bonsai community in Rochester inspired by him. There is probably one in Albany or Syracuse, a lot closer. There is also a huge bonsai show there in September.
