My juniper started turning?yellow after spending a few days outside. I took it back inside but it is now pretty much all yellow. Is it salvageable??

		Yes, it is dead.
When transfering a tree from indoor to outdoor it is important to make the transition slowly. First in full shade and then slowly over a 4-6 weeks period move it into full sun.
Also very important to increase watering with increased sunlight.
Indoors kill junipers, not outdoors.
