Hello, I am new to this forum, but would very much welcome someone's help. I have a beautiful little 名媛直播 that I have had for around 9 months. During this time I have kept her in my kitchen and made sure that her soil is never dry and that she is not in a draught, but recently her leaves have developed small white spots on them. I have tried to clean it off with a cotton bud dipped in water, but it wouldn't come off. Recently the leaves started to fall out and she looks very bad. The best way to explain is to show you so I have attached a picture. I have no idea what I can do and hope someone can help? Thanks

Looks like this plant has been overwatered for a very long time. The soil is very compact and soggy.
I think root rot will have started and chances for recovery are absent.

The photo is not focussed but if it's a Carmona, the white dots have always been there and no, they won't come off as they're part of the plant.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I know that over watering is a major problem and thought I had always been careful not do that by standing the 名媛直播 in a pot of water and taking it out when the soil was wet but not overly soaked, if I have done then I am shocked. Sorry about the photo being out of focus, I tried to get it as close as possible so the detail could be seen. As for the white spots, they definitely weren't there to start with.

OK. This is a Carmona with white dots on the leaves - that are perfectly healthy. Maybe you can compare.

You could try and repot the plant.

名媛直播baby: at least you know what you did wrong and won't repeat it. I suggest to buy a book and take a class on 名媛直播 before buying another. I don't know if you've already done those things, but if not, that should point you in a good direction to make another purchased based in education.
