Got my first 名媛直播. Tea tree and delighted with it but now facing many problems. Treated it for Greenfly and seem to have got rid but noticed very small white bugs and cannot identify them. Picture attached shows them and they are in the soil. They are falling out of the bottom. They have two small Antennas. Not sure if they are causing damage but leaves are falling and there's a white fungus growing on the bark and the soil. Is there a treatment I should be doing?

Uhu...
On the leaves they look like white flies, easy to get rid with an insecticide spray.
But from the bottom if larvae are dropping down, it means you have a serious infestation.
Usually peroxide 3% helps . Drenching the soil with neem oil also can kill them. One or the other, not both together.

Not larvae. Springtails. Reduce water.

Yes, Auk is probably right. If they are Springtails is because humidity is high.
