When you have a lot of trees should you apply fungicide and pesticide preventively?
What fungicide and pesticide? How often?
My idea would be applying a granular systemic fungicide and pesticide every 3 months. Should I?
My deciduous get black spots and I can't get rid of them. What do you think?

I dont have that many trees. But I woldnt use any poison in my garden whatsoever. There are biological solutions for most problems. But I guess that is a question about culture and personal preferences. In the states I have heard that insecticides that are off legal in Europe are used in children bedrooms to prevent bed bugs!

I have somewhere around 120, 130 trees at the moment. I do not use a lot of poison. This year I treated all my junipers (Some 20 or so) agains mining moths, which required the strongest poison I could get. But this was after 2 years of trying more natural solutions.
I do treat my plants with a winteroil/soap in fall or early spring. And I have gone to use sulphur (Regular stuff for roses) on my plants in early spring with in moist summers a mid-summer repetition.

Yes. Actually i have sent some plants to a friends greenhouse when he was about to start the sulphur vaporicer. That is not totally environment friendly. But he is doing it anyway with or without my plants in it and it is not in my garden. Principles can allways be boken or bent

I do not use anything that is likely to be harmful to insects that are not harmful. There is usually a remedy that will control most pests. Apart from sme aphids earlier this year I have not had any problems,
