I am having some troubles with my ficus ginseng. This is how leaves look like. What should I do?

Looks like Whitefly.

Please check a forum for houseplants, like this one:

As Ficus Ginseng is not considered to be a bonsai.

But I really think that ficus ginseng in considered a bonsai. Look :)

The tree species is not relevant, it's what you do to shape the tree.

The ones with fat, monstrous, ugly roots and a grafted top are not considered bonsai.
