Hello all, I have a Crepe Myrtle tree that is several years old. It has been growing very well since I brought it out of wintering this year. Recently strange bumps/bubbleing has been appearing on the leaves. There are no pests that I can see and it doesn't look like any mold that I have seen before. The back of the leaves seem fine. Any ideas what might be happening?
