Nasty insects on my bonsai was created by vivo2006

Last week I saw some bugs flying around my Sageretia Theezans (Sweet Plum) and I need help about them. I killed one and here's a photo of it. Today there was another bug. It was white and I found it on the trunk (I'm not sure if this is the same bug like te first one). I'm new into bonsai so I'll be really thankful if you help me

Well I don't know what to do to kill them. I guess it's not ok for my bonsai to have those bugs. And I think that the white ones are Whiteflies, but what should I use for them

I do not kill insects unless they are clearly a thread to the health of my plants. So sorry, you are on your own if you do not like insects.
