I think my little tree is dying. I have had to cut off some diseased rotting branches. I re-potted this Spring. It took a while but eventually there was lots of new growth. I think it has a disease and it's appearing all over the tree. Not very pleasant and I'm wondering if this tree is savable?

There is nothing to prune so no.

If you're lucky, the spray that m5eaygeoff suggests should kill off the infestation. The tree will then need all growth it can muster to regain vigour. Removing more material at this point would only serve to weaken the tree further.

I would start off by manually removing all the little critters you can see. After that spray with the soap.Adding a shot of alcohol to the spray can may improve the effectiveness.
