Hello everyone, i?ve notice insects in my chinese elm soil (see images) and white marks on the lower part of the trunk.Should i be concerned?Thank you.

Theres an insect on the picture and the lower part of the trunk has white marks.
It?s my first bonsai..

I saw the insects in image 2. Did you identify what insect it is? It looks like it belong to the bug family.
