Hello, I appreciate any help.
Problem: Black spots on leaves and some leaves turning yellow (I know this yellowing might be normal but just in case)
Background Info:
Type- Tiger bark ficus (I think, garden centre just said Ficus)
Watering- Once soil gets dry either once every day or every other day
Position- Next to window, thats blinds get opened at 7am and closed when no more light. Window faces south
Misting- I mist every day alternating with house plant myst and water
Temperature- My room is always at 20 degrees and I never open the windows anymore.
Age- Unknown
Re-potted- Unknown
Feeding- I will feed next week, I have had the tree for 8 days now and will feed once a mouth.
I think the tree might have a fungus infection but I don't know how to treat this and what to buy.
Thank you for taking the time to read

I feel strongly this could be a response to it being moved. Did you buy it a week ago from a gardening centre?
Alternative it could have dried out at some point and the roots are having trouble. You water by pouring water on it, and not by dunking it in a tub of water, correct!?
What does the soil look like?
Give it a week to see what is happening.

Yes I bought it 7 days ago from a gardening centre
I find the roots are mainly on one side of the plant, I have taken some photos for you.
Yes I always water by pouring water onto it, untill the soil is moist and water runs out the holes at the bottom.
Thank you
