Weak trees gets infected easier than strong trees. Health of the trees is always depending on the care.

What plant do you have? In which part of the world is it native? How is the climate there? Why is your plant inside? How is the climate in your house?

Chinese sweet plum, not sure where its from but i would guess china.
I know its a tropical tree.
Plant is inside because its - 5c tonight.
There is 24c in the day and 13c in the night, humidity is around 40%.
Time to google if this is right

China is a pretty big place and ranges from tropical to sub arctic. It has desert and rainforest, so you need to know more than just China. Look up care recommendations for the breed and see if Google can narrow down where it comes from more.
