Can anyone help identify if this is a pest? It is on a mature Hawaiian umbrella tree. the tree had a case of scale in the past, however the scale looked entirely different from this and they were mostly on the underside of the leaves. These abrasions are solely on the branches of the tree. Wondering if this is a type of scale, or if this is natural to the trees growth? The bumps come off easily by brushing them.
