Fukien tea tree - leaves losing color was created by Nisia

Hi, I got my Fukien tea tree two months ago, there are quite a lot of new leaves, small flower buds and a first flower 
The problem is that there are also leaves that are losing color in a very weird way (see the photos). At first there was only one such leaf, but it's still progressing and there are at least 12 such leaves now. I fertilized it twice, but it didn't help.
Any idea what's going on? Should I remove the weird leaves?
