Pine bonsai white at base of candle and yellow needle was created by Cas79

Hi
Forgive my ignorance can anyone tell me what's wrong with this bonsai, do I need an insecticide or fungicide? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Looks like a perfectly healthy pine. Do you refer to the white at the base of the needles? This is normal

Isnt that the reason why they call it a white pine?
