Hi, my ficus gingseng has been outside during the summer and early autumn. Now it is inside (I live in Northern Italy) and its leaves have become yellow and started to drop. I just realized that there are some insect on the lower part of the leaves plus some other stuff I do not recognize (please see the pictures). In addition, I found few webs on the trunk. I pruned it and I hope I did not ruin it.
Is there anything else I can do? Is there a treatment somebody could suggest? Thank you in any case.
