Hello Everyone,
First let me thank those who answer questions patiently with the aim of passing on knowledge to those less knowledgeable.
I am new to bonsai so please correct me if needed. I picked up a Nana from a large box store a few months ago to use as a Frankenstein tree, to practice air layering and different forms of grafting, etc (cant wait for winter to be over). I recently noticed brown spots on the ends of the current years growing branch tips, only on the current years growth not past the point of woody growth. checked online but could not find satisfactory pictures to definitively rule on what it is. There are no signs of insect infestation that I can see. The tree is four feet tall, and in the original pot that it was purchased in.
I have clipped off the tips of the affected branches into the woody growth making sure to clean my tool after each cut just in case it is spreadable . Haven't joined a club yet due to my horrible work schedule, so I figured I would pose my question here. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help, I'm sure someone out there knows what this is.

It doesn't look like the tips are browning due to a deficiency, lack of water or overwatering. I'm pretty sure that's tip blight.

Thank you for such a quick reply
That's what I was leaning towards, do you have a preferred remedy for it?

I don't have any method, let alone a prefered method, as my junipers never had it. Googled for you:

Thank you again,
I had found that site, Wikipedia actually offered more in-depth info on which specific chemicals are most effective if you ever get unlucky.
Thank you for all your help
