Hi!

I am new here and I dont know much about bonsai. My Carmona has some white small spots, and the leaves are sticky and becoming dark and then falling.
I'm sending you a picture.

What is this? How can I treat this?

Cant see clearly enough, but may I ask, do you see any web? It almost looks like spider mites from what little I can see.

It looks like it could be spider mites to me too. Search the internet for images to confirm for yourself. It does not look like that bad of a case yet.

Are the white spots moving? Then thrips or spider mites. If you have fine webbing on the tree it is mites.

Otherwise check under the leavs near the tip of branches. You will find green.little insects in groups. Aphids.

Get appropriate insecticide.

The small spikey things I dont think they're alive.

But what should I do then, in case it is that, what should I give it?

I see two types of white spots:
- The small white dots which are a normal part of Carmona leaves
- The longer white things that look like bugs.

Use an insecticice, as LB said.

Did you check under the leaves for green insect as LB said?

Note, spder mites. Not spiders. These animals are half a mm in size. So a lot smaller that what you are showing on the stick.

I didnt see LB's reply before posting more pics. I did check under the leaves, I dont see any small green insects there. Maybe it's the spider mites. I'll buy an insecticide then! Thank you so much, I have it for 2 months or so and it came with these white thingys and I thought it was normal, but not there's more and more.

Does any insecticide work or do you suggest any specific one?

I'd say they are aphids. For them I've always used Actara (Thiamethoxam).
