I used to have a Carmona. I think they are spring tails. Usually, they stay on the surface of the soil but sometimes venture up. They grow in number as they lay their eggs in the soil. Sometimes you can submerge your pot in water and that will "flush them out". I had some success with that. I've seen these bugs on a carmona in shops before. They love it!
Insecticide is a good option but they are hatching in the soil so that needs attention too. They like wet and humid conditions too.
