Why do you think you need neem oil or daconil, and can you post a picture?

Neem oil can be used as a pesticide (among many other uses, including cooking); Daconil is a fungicide.


Could you post a picture of your tree, as Auk have suggested?

my pine has classic symptoms of needle cast: yellow band middle of needle then yellowing from band to tip then yellowing from band to base then needle falls off. I will get some photos of progression. thanks

Daconil is a contact fungicide whereas neem oil is a systemic. there are other systemic fungicides but they are very dangerous to use unlike neem oil which is user friendly
