Hi bonsai bunch,
I've recently somehow managed to germinate some Mountain Pine (start of May) and they're coming along okay.
Just pretty new to this and can't find much info about when I'm supposed to move them out of nursery pot into their permanent home, or start to prune anything
Am sure it isn't soon it'd just be good to get some advice. Pics attached
Thanks!

Also would the duo be OK staying together? Could be a tricky operation separating them and think it could become something pretty cool

You were luck to get anything to germinate in a pot like that with so little soil. It will be months before you can separate them. Put it outside in a shady spot and keep it carefully watered. These seedlings will be a long time growing so do not expect to do much this year, and for the next two other than water.

I know right! A surprise to me for sure. Happened in about 2 weeks when I was about to do the stratification
So shall I keep them in where they are for now? Or into the permanent pot with more soil? Think I'm going to focus on the stronger pair

Leave them where they are for now, once they are stronger you can separate them
