Good to know! Need to avoid wiring on the summer, or just take off the wires for the summer? The wiring process makes the damage, or the wires with time left on?

Thanks, LB! I’ll keep an eye on them.

I didn’t managed to kill the tree, but looks like my bad choice of time affected it ?!?
The wrong timing: 2 June I pruned the tree, 5 June I wired.
The tree left wired around 1-2 weeks. There, the new growth was completely grown, but still not hardened. I’ve got a little grief after LB’s comment and took down all the metal from the plant.
Now, we’re at the beginning of August, and I’ve got the second growth started. The first growth hardened maybe a month ago. I’m not sure this is cause I’ve stunned the tree with chopping and torturing in his growth phase, or maybe a natural phenomenon and nothing to do with my “work”.
What I believe, until now the second flush need to be already grown, and around the end of August - beginning of September need to be hardened. What happening now, the tree will be ready with that cycle around end of October.
I still don’t know how much branches dying cause of my stupidity tho... I have no idea if it’s a fast process or need long months to see the results.
I would like to chop it shorter and working on the hole close to the base in the autumn, but like this maybe I must wait one more year for.
Some of the new sprouts:

Yep, looks like at least those parts are aliveClicio wrote: If it's sprouting all is well !

But why now? Do you think I stunned with the wiring, and now it’s woke up after the coma with some headaches?

I’ve got those infos from Harry’s site:

We have slight climate differences with the UK, but according to my other trees, we’re around the same timing. For my spruce, that 2-3 weeks was 2 months. Am I blunted the tree with the wrong timed chopping/wiring story? Do you have any spruce for more than one year?
Guys.. I know it’s much more easier to answer those questions, like “what type of tree I have..” or “Why it’s brownyellowblackpurple??”, but try with this one.
Those questions, like with the Dremel bits, or this unusual(for me..) budding, where personal preferences and experiences are important, since we can google ..king everything today with a little skill... I see almost just LB answering on sweet details, and from those answers, everyone can learn, who need it. Do some of you fear to chim in with own experiences, cause you don’t do 名媛直播 “just” 6-10-15 years? Do some of you think, it’s not your business, cause have some who knows better?
I cannot know the truth, but you’re more frequent to help or tell the bad news on the Help me topic, than get in conversations where real time experience needed.
