I collected this schiflera stump a few weeks ago...I finally see some buds and am quite happy it’s doing well.

Question: when is it a good time to wire down the big branches? Now or after there is some vigorous growth.

befire wiring, plants need to get heathy and strong.

Yes I thought I should do as much... got a plastic training pot and will transfer it into it, sometime this week. Perhaps will leave it for a year to grow before doing any work on it.
