No, I don't think so. With two air layers the sap flow to the lower layer will be interrupted. The upper one may survive. Not sure what you mean with the third branch.

Typed an answer, changed my mind: I think it MAY work, but not as well as a single air layer.
Then I Googled it.. and found it is actually possible.

The flaw in my thinking was:
There's a sap flow going up, and next going down. When you air-layer, you interrupt the flow going down. That's why the tree will form roots there.
Now, if you have two airlayers, the sapflow will not reach that lower layer - was my reasoning. But the flaw is: there WILL be, if there's a branch in between the two layers. There will still be a sap flow to that branch and back. to the lower layer. This may be less so this may develop less quickly, but that's what I expect, but am not sure of. It'll depend on where the layers are and how much branches/foliage above the layer.
