One of my JBP is growing summer shoots from the last decandling, two months ago.
One of the apical tips has twin shoots.
Should I keep one or wait to cut both IF new buds appear low down at the same branch?

Yes.
What bothers me is they aren't growing apart, but together in the same direction (up). Of course I can wire them in the future but if I find a faster solution... Even if this is not a real problem.
