Hello
After staring at this thing for a week, I bit the bullet and pruned it. There is a before and after picture. Do you think I might have done too much?
Wherever I cut, I used tree sealer to help her heal.
Suggestions?

Too late to re pot, and having done that work it needs to recovr. Do not do anything else to it for a while until it is growing again.
