Hey guys, do you have any recommendation on how to prune that tree? I got it like this last year and now I would like to give it a better look since it's quite a mess. It would be my first time doing this. Thanks!

Pruning should not be your concern now- the survival of your juniper is.
In order to survive it must be outside, inside it will die, no doubt about it. Before doing anything else, learn how to keep your plant healthy and vigorous for a year or so. Meanwhile, take your time to learn- excellent courses here on the site, YouTube, go to a local bonsai club,...
