Hey Redman,
Nice tree you have there.
One thing I notice is the loops the branches make: They go up, and then down. Ideally they move down from the connection to the trunk.
To achieve this, you could stiffen the branch (e.g. with a piece of steel that is over the full length connected with raffia, tape and then wire) and then using guy-wires to over time bend down. (Or, what some do, cut / break the top of the connection to the trunk, but this is a bit more invasive, and will show for years to come.
But as said, nice tree already

Or, put a chopstick on top of the branch (only need to tie it loosely to the branch) and pull down the chopstick. I see that a lot in Japan. For big trees, they use bamboo sticks. The bamboo sticks actually look quite nice, chopsticks obviously not so great. But who cares when the tree is in training
You see this a lot on big pines people plant next to their house gate, and extend one branch above the gate (kadokaburi).
