I'm stuck I have a young dragon willow I grew from propgation, the new branches are about 6 inches long, should I start to wire the ending so they have that cascade affect,, any suggestions anyone,,,

In my opinion it's way too soon to wire already. You have sucessfully propagated your willow, now its time to grow some branches to give the impression of a tree. Just let them grow, you will they need to thicken up first to become branches. Also, young twigs will grow upwards first before they start drooping,so you need hight first.
