Advice on styling Salix Babylonica

Wondering mainly if I should maintain upward growth of the branches for the time being or start drooping them.
There are also some branches growing from near the base of the tree and was considering pruning them off as I think the only option for them is to "grow upwards".
Open to any suggestions on pruning/wiring Not in a rush on doing anything though.

Can add more pics upon request.

		Just thin away any duplicate branches on the same spot. Then let it grow.
