I just finished wiring my jade plant, I had heard that you shouldn't wire succulents, but then I heard you could, so I decided to. I won't leave it on long so it does not dig in. I felt I really needed to wire this because it was completely falling over after growing lopsided and being in one sun orientation for to long. Anyway, I know it is my first time, so I don't expect it to be very good, but what do you guys think out of ten? Really looking for some good feedback.

There are two species called jade plants.
Portulacaria afra can be wired.
Crassula ovata can not be wired.
You have Crassula, remowe the wire.

I have already had the wires for a few days, will this be a problem?

What would have happened if I left the wires on?

Nothing much. And once you remove the wires, and water, the tree will quickly reset in the original form.

It has gone limp again, I propped it up with some small twigs, it is my hope it will eventually grow how i want it.
