I sowed a number of juniper seeds a few months ago after scarifying them. The idea was hot stratify them in the summer and fall before leaving the planter outside and cold stratify them.
The issue is, one of the seeds sprouted about a month ago. Should i try and very gently transfer into its own pot or hope that it survives the winter as such a young tree?
Thanks for any advice.
And before comments are made about growing junipers from seed, I know, it takes quite a while. I am in no rush. Plus, how else was i going to get my hands on Utah, Western, and Alligator junipers without flying across the country and digging one up?

Just leave it in the propagator and shield from too much rain.
