So I've been growing jacarandas by seed for 1.5 months. The tree is getting bigger than the pot. Im starting to see roots at the bottom. Should i repot or wait until spring?

I usually leave these sorts of seedlings in the pot for a long time, untill I clearly see growth slowing down. Seedlings might be 3 times the height of the pot before I consider repotting.
You probably get faster growth ip you uppot now. However, when I repot I do rootwork too, which is stressfull.
I see you have many seedlings there, congrats. Why not take multiple appraoches and see which works best for you? This really is something where personal preference rather than hard science define the actions of most.
