Opinion is divided here about repotting tropicals, particularly willow leaf ficus.?
One opinion is anytime, so I could do it right now or next May or June, after it has been outside a while.
Another opinion is that it drops leaves as soon as it comes inside, so repot and root trim after most of the leaves have dropped but before the new leaves pop out, which will be before it goes out. This would be November to April.
Another opinion is long after leaf drop but just before new leaves, so February or March.?
All three opinions have large ficus, in the 25-30 year age range.
What do we think here?
