Dont be discouraged. I have been collecting and growing specimens for about 7 years and have lost more than I have saved. My Juniper was designed from nursery stock and has survived for the seven years without repotting from year one. I have many young saplings and small plants salvaged from gardens when not required. Some I have had to cut down to base in the hope they would revive. This spring I have watched for the buds and so far they are coming. So a few Mames in the coming season.
