hi everyone, i have a queen umbrella that is basically in a 6" x 6" x 1.5" deep pot, i'd like to
pot it in an oval shaped pot, what size would recommend and what type of soil should i
use, i bought this from bonsai outlet a year ago, it needs more space.
i thank anyone for thier professional advice.

Well, use a good draining bonsai soil and probably not a very shallow oval pot.

I have read that a golden rule of pot size should be about 80% of the foliage. And maybe a 2in deep pot, really depends on what your wanting
