Help with soil

First at all I'm new at this and I really need to understand more of the bonsai art.
So my question..I read that a good soil is a mix of Alabama,pumice and lava but we're does the bonsai take the nutrients that he needs?

Fertilizer.

You must be talking about a Japanese soil called Akadama.
Most of the components in inorganic substrates for bonsai need fertilizers regularly to maintain the plant healthy.

Why fertilizer you use is not all that relevant as long as you also provide trace elements, which are components that are needed in very small amounts.
