Can you experts shed some light on why my leaves are markedly different in color? the leaves circled in blue are older and i think i may have overwatered or something when they started growing. The leaves circled in orange grew after i repotted into a larger pot with better soil drainage and look healthy to me.

thoughts? advice? fertilize? water? dont water? calm down and quit staring at my baby tree?

Thanks in advance!

-Adam

p.s. grown from seed sold to me as "Samanea saman"

I would give it some magnesium. Like for example EpsonSalt or a other product wat contains Magnesium.
On the fitilizer label it could be named like this:
Magnesium (Mg)
Magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) (Sold as Epson Salt)
Magnesium carbonate (MgCO3)
Magnesium oxide (MgO)

Epson salt can be used as foillage spray.

chart saved for reference, thanks!

how do i dose epsom salts? im terrified of over fertilizing (among other things) because this is my baby and i dont know if i've mentioned it yet but i'm a self-professed "INSANE plant man". If i kill something (especially a tree) i've grown from seed, i'm pretty sure i'll just simply drop dead right then and there!

The name samanea saman was given to me on the label when I bought the seeds from whatcom seed company. I’ve always had good integrity and quality from them in the past so idk what’s going on. Regardless of what species “trixie” ends up being doesn’t matter to me as I’ve grown fond of “her”

(Again...crazy plant man speaking lol)

Just go out and get a good quality fertilizer for houseplants. Make sure it includes trace elements. Use that as instructed on the label. Epsom salts are tricky, especially when you are growing stuff in small pots indoors.
